This Privacy Policy explains how G-AMS (sole proprietor / ZZP) processes personal data when business users and visitors interact with the website g-ams.nl. It applies only to business-to-business (B2B) contacts.

G-AMS operates as a Dutch B2B supplier. This website is aimed at business customers and professional contacts only.

2. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors and users of g-ams.nl who contact us for B2B purposes, such as enquiries about our products or services, or potential business cooperation.

We do not offer consumer services via this website and we do not create user accounts, newsletters or marketing profiles.

3. What personal data we collect

When you use the contact form on g-ams.nl, we collect only the information you provide in that form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Your free-text message

We do not intentionally collect any other categories of personal data through this website. If you choose to include additional information in your message, we will process it only for the purposes described in section 4.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use the data you submit via the contact form for the following B2B purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiry or request;
  • Preparing, entering into or performing a B2B contract with you or the organisation you represent; and
  • Maintaining normal business correspondence and records with existing and potential business partners.

The sole legal basis for processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your name, email address and message for no longer than is necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain our business correspondence.

As a rule, contact form submissions are stored for a maximum of six (6) months after our last contact with you and are then deleted or anonymised, unless:

  • a longer retention period is required by law (for example, for tax or accounting obligations); or
  • the data becomes part of an ongoing contract or contractual file, in which case we keep it for the duration of the business relationship and any applicable legal retention periods.

Under Dutch tax law (Article 52 AWR), G-AMS must keep sales administration (invoices, orders) for 7 years. For certain transactions (OSS, real estate) – 10 years.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.

Your data may be processed by trusted service providers that support the technical operation of our website and communications, such as:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • Email and communication service providers; and
  • Security and IT support providers.

These parties act as processors and may only process personal data on our instructions, for strictly functional purposes, and under data processing agreements that include appropriate data protection safeguards.
